Beginner’s Guide: How to Use Your 50 Hz Nerve Tuning Fork

Weighted forks are uniquely crafted to be placed directly onto the physical body. If you are a beginner, follow these simple steps to begin your nervous system reset:

The Grip: Firmly hold the tuning fork by its single smooth stem (the handle). Because this fork is large (12 inches), ensure your fingers stay completely clear of the long vibrating prongs and the weights at the top.

The Strike: Gently but firmly tap the flat, weighted end of one of the prongs against your rubber activator. (Avoid striking weighted forks against hard surfaces or other forks, as this can damage the heavy weights).

The Application: While the fork is strongly vibrating, immediately press the flat bottom tip of the stem directly onto the skin.

Where to Place: Try placing the stem along the sides of the spine, on the base of the skull (occipital ridge), on the sternum (center of the chest), or on acupressure points on the bottom of the feet for ultimate grounding. You can also place it directly on localized areas of nerve or muscle discomfort.

Absorb the Vibe: Hold the stem firmly in place until you feel the deep physical vibration fade away entirely. Repeat the process 2 to 3 times on the same spot to allow your body to fully drop into relaxation.
