At Gaia Light LLC, we hand-select artisanal treasures from various independent creators and suppliers. Because your items are shipped directly from these unique sources, our return process is designed to ensure every request is handled accurately and with care.

Return Window & Process

14-Day Notification Period: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@gaialightco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Individualized Return Processing: Once we receive your request, we will contact the specific artisan to obtain the correct return authorization and the appropriate return address for your item.

Response Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to coordinate with our partners. We will email you with specific instructions as soon as they are confirmed.

Return Guidelines

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as apothecary goods, earrings, or custom-made treasures may be final sale. Please refer to the specific product description for details.

Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your treasure arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Include a photo of the item and the shipping packaging in your email so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund through our supplier.

Refunds

Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5–7 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our artisan partners. Because your items are curated from various sources, the process follows these steps:

Individualized Refund Processing: Once you notify us of a return, we coordinate with the specific creator to authorize the request.

Inspection: Upon arrival at the partner’s studio, the item is inspected to ensure it is in its original, unused condition.

Approval: We will notify you via email as soon as the partner confirms the return is complete.

Credit: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies typically take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.


Non-Refundable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collection and ensure the health of our community, the following items are non-refundable:

Items marked "Final Sale" in the product description.

Apothecary, beauty, and wellness products with broken seals.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Custom-made or personalized treasures.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives in a condition that is less than perfect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In these cases, we will skip the standard return process and work with our partners to issue an immediate replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@gaialightco.com.
