At Gaia Light LLC, we curate unique, handcrafted treasures from independent artisans and creators around the world. Because your items are shipped directly from these individual studios, our shipping process is as unique as the pieces themselves.

Artisan Fulfillment

To bring you the highest quality craftsmanship, we utilize a direct-from-artisan shipping model.

Multiple Shipments: If you purchase more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is because each piece is sent directly from the specific artisan who created it.

Processing Times: Many of our items are handcrafted or finished to order. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated processing times before your item ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: Once an item has been processed and leaves the artisan's studio, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the origin of the piece.

Tracking Your Treasure: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package in your order as soon as it is on its way.

Important Details

Shipping Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once we begin the Artisan Alignment process, we may not be able to reroute packages.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
