Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order? Because we curate treasures from independent artisans, each piece has its own timeline. Most items are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages? To support various independent creators, we ship directly from their individual studios. If you ordered multiple treasures, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This ensures your items are sent from the source as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to share our artisanal treasures with the global community soon.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day notification period. If your treasure doesn't resonate with you, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, we will begin the Artisan Alignment process to provide you with the specific return instructions and the correct studio address for your item.

How do I receive a refund? Refunds are processed once the artisan partner receives and inspects the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5–10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in selecting our partners, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will work with the artisan to arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

What does "Artisan Handcrafted" mean? This means your item was made by hand, not mass-produced in a factory. Because of this, small variations in color, texture, and shape are a celebration of the unique "soul" of the piece. No two items are exactly alike!

Are your products eco-friendly? Sustainability is one of our core values. We hand-select treasures rooted in deep sustainability and prioritize partners who use toxin-free ingredients and eco-conscious packaging whenever possible.

Do my purchases support a cause? Yes! At Gaia Light LLC, the majority of our products are tied to specific causes that help the Earth or humanity. Your purchase helps support a global ripple effect of kindness, from environmental restoration to community aid.

Can I cancel my order? We begin our Artisan Alignment process shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please email us within 2 hours of your purchase, and we will do our absolute best to assist you before the item is prepared for shipment.
