Beginner’s Guide: How to Use Your 111 Hz Tuning Fork

Weighted forks are uniquely crafted to be placed directly onto the physical body. If you are a beginner, follow these simple steps to begin your sonic massage:

The Grip: Firmly hold the tuning fork by its single smooth stem (the handle). Keep your fingers completely clear of the two vibrating prongs and the weights at the top.

The Strike: Gently but firmly tap the flat, weighted end of one of the prongs against your rubber activator. (Avoid striking weighted forks against hard surfaces or other forks, as this can damage the weights).

The Application: While the fork is strongly vibrating, immediately press the flat bottom tip of the stem directly onto the skin.

Where to Place: Try placing the stem on the third eye (between the eyebrows), the center of the chest (heart chakra), the base of the skull, or on the bottom of the feet for grounding. You can also place it directly on any tight muscle knots or tension points.
