Megan’s work is deeply rooted in her Indigenous heritage from the Central Highlands of Vietnam and the Filipino countryside—cultures that have long honored the connection between the land and the body.
Drawing from these ancestral roots and her background as a holistic chef, Megan revives the time-honored use of animal fats. By treating tallow not as a byproduct, but as a sacred, sustainable material, she honors a lineage of whole-animal stewardship that has sustained generations before us.
