Shipping & Delivery

Temperature-Controlled Shipping: Our meals are transported in temperature-controlled boxes with dry ice to ensure they arrive fresh. Our outer box is fully recyclable and our green insulation is biodegradable—just open the plastic shell and run the green foam under water in the sink!

Delivery Timeline: Orders placed by 10 AM ET Monday through Friday will be shipped within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
