Option 1: Using Alone as a Mouthwash
Shake: Shake the bottle vigorously before each use to activate the essential oils.
Measure: Squirt approximately 1 oz into your mouth.
Swish: Swish and gargle thoroughly for 20–30 seconds.
Rinse: Spit out the liquid and rinse your mouth with warm water.
Option 2: Using with Tooth Powder (Recommended for Best Results)
Shake: Shake the mouthwash bottle vigorously.
Combine: Squirt 1 oz of mouthwash into your mouth and add ¼ spoonful of Garner's Garden Tooth Powder.
Mix: Swish for 10 seconds to allow the powder and mouthwash to blend.
Brush: Keep your mouth closed and brush your teeth thoroughly for 1–2 minutes.
Target Clean: Spit halfway through brushing, then continue brushing while focusing on your tongue, gums, cheeks, and lips. Spit when complete.
Final Rinse: Swish and gargle with a fresh splash of mouthwash for 20–30 seconds. Spit and rinse completely with warm water.
