1. Boil: Bring 16 oz of fresh spring or distilled water to a boil in a stainless steel pot.

2. Combine: Stir in 14 grams of tea (by weight) and cover the pot.

3. Simmer: Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Sit: Remove from heat and stir. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 12 hours.

5. Bottle: Strain through a fine-mesh colander and funnel the liquid into a clean glass bottle.

6. Store: Keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Directions for Drinking:

Mix: Shake the bottle well. Add 2 fl oz of the tea concentrate to 2 fl oz of hot or cold fresh spring or distilled water.

Timing: Drink 4 fl oz daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime for optimal absorption.
