Using your tuning forks is incredibly easy, safe, and highly intuitive.

Always hold a tuning fork by its single bottom handle (the stem). Never touch the two long parallel prongs (the tines) while using them, as touching the tines will instantly stop the vibration and mute the sound.

Step 2: Activating the Sound

Hold the fork firmly by the stem in one hand, and hold your rubber activator in the other.
