How to Use: A Beginner’s Guide

Working with a weighted tuning fork is simple, intuitive, and deeply rewarding. If you're just starting out, follow these easy steps:

Hold the Stem: Grip the tuning fork firmly by its smooth handle (the stem). Keep your fingers away from the two prongs (tines) and the round weights at the top so they can vibrate freely.

Strike the Activator: Gently but firmly tap one of the weighted ends against your included rubber activator. You will instantly feel the fork begin to pulse with energy.

Place on the Body: Instead of holding it to your ear, press the flat bottom of the stem directly onto your skin or clothing.

Target Your Points: Place the stem on different acupressure points, bone joints, or tight muscles (like the chest, collarbone, forehead, or base of the skull).

Relax and Repeat: Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and feel the vibration travel through your body. Once the vibration fades, strike it again and explore different areas for grounding and meditation.
