Cinnamon Pulling Oil | Ayurvedic Oral Detox

Warming • Strengthening • Purifying

Transform your morning Dinacharya (daily routine) with our Cinnamon Pulling Oil, a warming and effective take on the ancient Ayurvedic practice of Kavala Graha. This ritual involves gently swishing a botanical oil blend to deep-cleanse the teeth, gums, and oral tissues. While the tradition draws out systemic toxins and reduces plaque, our cinnamon-infused blend provides a comforting, spicy heat that stimulates circulation and leaves your breath naturally sweet and fresh.

Deep Systemic Detox: Acts as a magnet for fat-soluble toxins and harmful bacteria, removing impurities from the mouth before they can enter the body.

Gum & Tooth Fortification: Traditionally used to strengthen the roots of the teeth and nourish the gums, helping to prevent decay and maintain oral integrity.

Warming Oral Support: Unlike cooling mint, the warming energy of Cinnamon and Clove stimulates blood flow to the gums and supports your Agni (digestive fire).

Natural Brightening: Harnesses the power of Turmeric and high-quality oils to gently whiten teeth and balance the oral microbiome without harsh chemicals.

TMJ & Tension Relief: The rhythmic motion of oil pulling helps exercise the jaw muscles, easing tension and supporting relaxation in the face and neck.

The Mission: Ancient Ayurveda for the Modern World

PAAVANI Ayurveda is an artisan line of small-batch wellness products handcrafted in Northern California. We believe that self-care is not separate from daily life; it is woven into it. Our products are designed to reconnect you to your innate body intelligence through daily ritual, supporting balance, health, and beauty from within.

Experience the Moment

The Vibe: A cozy, grounding start to your day that stokes your inner fire.

The Feel: A rich, silky oil that cleanses every crevice of the mouth, leaving tissues feeling moisturized and soothed.

The Scent: The nostalgic, spicy aroma of organic Cassia and Clove that warms the senses and clears the mind.

How To Use: The Ritual

1. Measure: On an empty stomach (ideally after tongue scraping), take 1–2 tablespoons of Cinnamon Pulling Oil.

2. Swish: Gently swish and "pull" the oil through your teeth and around your gums. Continue for 5–20 minutes.

3. Discard: Spit the oil into a trash can (avoid the sink to prevent plumbing clogs). The oil will appear thin and milky.

4. Rinse: Rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water.

5. Brush: Follow with your normal brushing routine to complete your Ayurvedic mouth detox.
